Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Director to lead and develop our sales strategy in both B2B and B2C markets. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing partnerships, and delivering strong sales outcomes aligned with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a hands-on approach, a strategic thinker, and an excellent negotiator who can inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Job Description
- Being responsible for setting and surpassing the company’s annual sales and gross profit targets by executing effective sales strategies and driving strong financial performance.
- Developing and implementing both short-term and long-term sales strategies, leveraging data analytics to meet company goals and ensure sustainable growth.
- Leading negotiations with confidence, displaying strong persuasive abilities, and closing deals effectively. Use "reading the room" skills to understand the dynamics in any sales meeting.
- Building, managing, and motivating a results-driven sales team, ensuring that responsibilities and accountability are clearly defined.
- Cultivating strong relationships with various stakeholders and creating alliances that support business growth and sales expansion.
- Innovating and thinking creatively about new business opportunities, proposing new ideas and leading projects that set the company apart from competitors.
- Collecting, tracking, and analysing customer data to identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies for improving sales performance.
- Leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize sales processes, customer engagement, and market analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Female open to 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Own a car and driving license.
- Has management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term and short-term strategies while considering customer data and business goals.
- Strong persuasive abilities with the capacity to close deals confidently and read social dynamics to drive results.
