Main Responsibilities

• Supporting in developing, implementing, assuring, and monitoring the Quality and Regulatory Compliance strategies of the company.
• Executing and follow-up action of Complaint Handling/ post-market surveillance and coordinating with cross-functional teams for product quality complaints to ensure the complaint reporting is on time.
• Coordinating with the Health Authority to report field action information and updates to ensure compliance with the Health Authority regulation.
• Executing Product Stop Shipment and follow-up Field Safety Corrective Actions as per instructions from Regional or Divisional QA.
• Handling the assignment of QMS training to employees on quality-related documents and policies and monitoring of training completion timelines.
• Supporting supplier management activities at the site through appropriate assessment, qualification, and monitoring of suppliers in compliance with company requirements.

• Supporting follow-up external, internal & supplier audit remediation plans.
• Interacting on a periodic frequency with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Technical Service, Education, and other functions on all quality-related matters.
• Managing the document control for QMS procedures and quality records.
• Managing the change control process to meet amendments to local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Supporting and preparing affiliates for Internal & External Quality & Compliance Audits.

Qualifications / Screening Criteria

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in sciences, Pharmacy, engineering or equivalent education/work experience will be considered.
• 2-3 years experience.
• Knowledge of local Medical Device regulations will be an advantage.
• Conversant local language as well as both written and spoken English.
