Job Description

Our client is an outsourcing company specializing in contact centre, BPO, and market research services in Bangkok, Thailand.

They are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Service Industry).

Job Description

  • Being responsible for individual and team sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Providing top management with business analysis and business strategy.
  • Liaising with each division to set up the division strategy.
  • Working with a team to encourage a competitive yet collaborative environment.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales in developing business development strategies, motivation, measurement, and product knowledge education.
  • Being a key player in new project launches and project management to ensure successful execution, productive performance, and financial profitability.

Qualifications

  • Thai national. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management within the contact centre, outsourcing, or IT solutions industry.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills to investigate various growth alternatives and make optimal recommendations to the company.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in English and proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Possess a personal car and a valid driver’s license.
