We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with strong teaching abilities and a passion for agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and fostering collective intelligence. This role involves guiding teams in a multicultural setting, supporting their journey toward agility and higher maturity levels.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Practices & Development Methods

  • Developing, sharing, and adapting tools, rituals, and practices to enhance agility and development processes.
  • Monitoring team adoption and maturity levels, providing recommendations for growth.
  • Facilitating change through effective training sessions and hands-on coaching.

Supporting IT Project Managers

  • Defining clear product visions, objectives, and scopes.
  • Translating high-level concepts into actionable user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Offering strategies for backlog management and prioritization.
  • Leading and supporting agile ceremonies.
  • Promoting and integrating agile best practices within development teams and across the organization.

Team Coaching & Enablement

  • Guiding teams toward self-organization by establishing operational frameworks and team agreements.
  • Driving the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices, particularly in backlog and performance indicator management.
  • Acting as a liaison and mediator between teams and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
  • Tracking and reporting on team maturity, transformation progress, and potential risks.
  • Designing and implementing frameworks and workflows to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies and team coaching.
  • Skills & Attributes
    • Proficiency in English; additional French skills are advantageous.
    • Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills, with the ability to build trust and effective relationships.
    • Collaborative, open-minded, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
    • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
    • Experience in an international work environment; knowledge of the banking sector is a plus.
