Job Description
Our client is an international retail chain brand with more than 5,000 stores worldwide and over 50,000 employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Being fully responsible for all store operations management and supervising staff’s daily work.
- Motivating staff to achieve sales targets and fostering enthusiasm to meet monthly sales goals.
- Actively collecting market information and reporting it to the company.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving problems related to store management.
- Carrying out company instructions and accomplishing other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales management, sales team leadership, or assistant management in the fashion/garment retail industry.
- Ability to work in shifts at the store.
- Preferably specializing as a manager or team leader in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Familiarity with computer operations.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, a healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics, and excellent language and writing skills.
