Job Responsibilities
- Following the marketing company’s policy and direction.
- Managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Posting product images, replying to customer chats, reporting orders to outsource daily, managing stock control with internal parties, returning products in the ERP system, decorating the shop front, handling promotions on SNS, and contacting KOLs.
- Handling business content (promotions, prices, seasonal sales).
- Contacting and collaborating with suppliers.
- Being responsible for daily and weekly reports (sales results, stock, products).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, online marketing, and e-commerce.
- Experience in marketing content creation, promotions, and working with suppliers.
- Being hands-on with tasks and proactive.
- Proficiency in English at a communication level (Japanese language skills will be an advantage).
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Canva and Photoshop.
