They are currently looking for a CRM (Brookfield-Bangna) to join their team.
Job Description
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.
- Supporting sales activities, including cold calls, email blasts, and sales coordination for seminars, webinars, and exhibitions as per sales team requirements.
- Coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and high satisfaction levels.
- Managing order processing by coordinating with the SOP team, including new customer registration, new product code entry, order entry, invoicing, shipment tracking, and delivery and shipment management.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and sourcing new customer bases as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Responding courteously and knowledgeably to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Providing service support, including installation and service visit schedule management and claims processing.
- Managing import and export processes, including duty clearance with forwarders both in Thailand and overseas.
- Controlling and managing inventory stock.
- Reporting order/sales data to local financial teams and the Regional Sales Manager as assigned.
- Being able to work at the office located at Summer Lasalle, Bangna, Bangkok.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a purchasing department.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field related to service business.
- Good command of speaking and writing in English.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and colleague requirements.
- Possessing a positive attitude, being active, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and maintaining good relationships.
- Having a customer-centric personality with an excellent service mindset.
- Proficient in computer usage, with specific attention to email, Microsoft Office products, and CRM and service tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
