Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored IDC (Internet Data Center) integration solutions.
• Analyzing customer needs and proposing technical solutions, including project budgets and operations.
• Leading project bidding activities, including providing pre-bid guidance, organizing, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Gathering insights on IDC trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to develop industry-aligned plans.
• Preparing pre-sales plans for Data Center projects, ensuring competitiveness, cost efficiency, and technical viability.
• Ensuring successful delivery of technical outcomes for the overall project.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with the Thailand Data Center market and bidding models.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Data Center industry with relevant knowledge.
• Proficient in Data Center systems, including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, weak current systems, and design structures.
• Experience with IDC-related products such as UPS, generators, transformers, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH, and BMS.
• Knowledge of industry standards, including Data Center and uptime specifications.
• Proficient in both English and Thai, with strong skills in communication and team coordination.
• Understanding of certification processes and requirements specific to Thailand's Data Center industry.
• Familiarity with Chinese culture and some proficiency in the Chinese language is preferred.
