Responsibilities

• Create content, script, and program flow for live streaming

Responsible in the creation and coordination of livestream through analysis on the consumer, e-commerce platforms and etc.

Implement creative content driven strategy and solution for livestream/shows which in line with branding image of the company whilst meeting the business outcome.

Prepare files, scenes, and streaming protocol before the live stream.

Learn about the product’s benefit, features, etc before start the live video.

• Host for branding awareness, products:

Host for branding awareness, products through online livestream.

Able to persuade people to buy the product

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders:

Coordinate with the internal stakeholders and cross functional team to produce the valuable live content or live events.

Participate in the content activity plan and operations, guide the streamers to produce the featured and various live content.

• Responsible for program hosting and managing live streaming 

Responsible for program hosting and managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.

Actively engage and interact with followers and audience during live streaming session.

Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries, and leading the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.

Persuade followers and audience to buy the products during the live streaming session.

Innovation in the livestream process.

• Miscellaneous Tasks:
  Handle general inquiries from direct manager when required.

Skill Requirement

• Fluent in Chinese or English.
• Strong interest in livestream, ecommerce, hosting, and content creation.
• Excellent problem solving skills, including having cool, calm reactions and an ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Self-driven, Passionate, able to work independently, and willing to challenge.
• Attractive and photogenic looking, good communication skill, excellent selling and public speaking skills.
