Our client is a leading local provider of Automated Drug Management Systems. The company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in delivering pharmaceutical solutions to their customers.

Job Description:

  • Managing assigned sales territories (Thailand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan).
  • Building a customer base by identifying potential customers and creating opportunities for product penetration into the market.
  • Visiting customers and key opinion leaders to establish strong relationships, share product knowledge, and update them on newly launched technologies.
  • Providing detailed product knowledge to customers through explanations and demonstrations, delivering the best solutions with a focus on the company’s cutting-edge technology, which stands out in the market.
  • Being responsible for achieving the organization’s financial objectives, including order intake, net sales, and profit margins.
  • Developing and managing sales channels (distributors, agents, and spot dealers in assigned countries) to enhance the potential of the automated drug management system.
  • Aligning with the regional marketing communication team to develop and implement effective marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any pharmaceutical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Automated Drug Management System industry.
  • Strong experience in Sales Management, preferably with international sales experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across different cultures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
