Responsibilities

• Ensuring regulatory compliance in Thailand.
• Compiling registration dossiers for new product registrations or change notifications according to regulatory plans and local regulatory requirements.
• Submitting product registrations or change notifications to the relevant regulatory authorities and obtaining approval timely.
• Submitting license renewals timely.
• Reporting FSCA to the regulatory authority.
• Assessing the impact of changes initiated by the Product Owner and working closely with the supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure no disruption to supply.
• Providing internal stakeholders with regular updates throughout the registration process.
• Monitoring changes in the regulatory environment to formulate appropriate company responses to the changes.
• Reviewing promotional materials under the local advertising code and guidelines.
• Maintaining regulatory databases or systems.
• Maintaining Thai IFU and uploading it onto the website.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Welcome new graduates.
• Working knowledge of the regulatory controls of medical devices in Thailand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good in written and spoken English.
