Job description 

  • Collaborate closely with the Country Director and Marketing team to devise and execute business plans and product portfolio strategies.
  • The incumbent is responsible for achieving designated sales targets both internally and through appointed distributors in Thailand.
  • Engage in formulating business and sales strategies to drive profitable growth, ensuring effective communication to Sales staff and Distributor teams for successful implementation.
  • Establish sales targets for the business, territories, and sales personnel, focusing on driving key products to surpass sales growth objectives.
  • Analyze sales records and reports to assess country revenue and profitability.
  • Guide the Sales team in achieving targets, fostering new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on sales performance, business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities, remaining vigilant about competitors' actions.
  • Lead and assist Marketing teams in managing the product portfolio.
  • Provide training, guidance, motivation, and skill development for team members.
  • Ensure ethical promotion of products to medical practitioners and hospitals, ensuring alignment with the company's 'Code of Ethics'.
  • Develop local promotional initiatives in consultation with Head Office Marketing.
  • Adhere to local pricing guidelines.
  • Determine geographical coverage and key account focus, oversee standard tour planning, and maintain customer databases in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be an advantage.
  • 10 years of experience in sales & marketing in the Medical Device industry, Direct experience in Wound Care products will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English.
