Our customer is the hotel is strategically located at Phrom Phong BTS station.
We looking for Hotel Sales Manager (Corporate).
Responsibilities
- Keeping the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, corporate accounts, government close deals, and increasing revenue by cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking.
- Demonstrating expertise in driving sales process from planning to closure, with consistent performance tracking and review.
- Supporting in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy.
- Participating in the development and implementation of marketing plans and action plans, giving input to the development of special promotions or packages, and developing ideas to build occupancy.
- Providing and presenting sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to forecast future goals more accurately.
- Travelling to company offices to obtain business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years experience in a B2B (corporate accounts, government), hospitality Sales’s role at comparable hotel.
- Strongly organized, detail-oriented and pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to visit customers in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
- Exceptional English communication level.
