Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing brand strategies.
• Creating and executing marketing strategies, as well as designing and running campaigns for specific products and product groups.
• Providing technical support and training to sales teams and customers.
• Planning, organizing, and managing special events to support promotional strategies and regional objectives.
• Collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Building and maintaining an active network with key stakeholders.
• Preparing annual sales forecasts and promotional budgets, determining strategies for each product within your scope.
• Achieving annual sales targets within the approved promotional budget.
• Collaborating with sales teams to develop promotional activities that support sales objectives.
• Adhering to the company’s code of conduct and compliance guidelines at all times.

Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals is required.
• Extensive experience with pain management portfolios.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in both Thai and English.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and generating actionable insights.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of brand development, NPD, and P&L management.
