Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring product enlistment in the accounts from the territory.
  • Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities according to strategy.
  • Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by the company.
  • Facilitating the on-time availability of medicines.
  • Managing internal relationships with the National Sales Manager, the Group Country Head, and the Marketing/Product Manager.
  • Managing external relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals/institutions, nurses, the local distributor, local tender agents, and insurance companies.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or any equivalent qualifications relevant to the healthcare industry, with a management qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
  • Good knowledge of customers and the territory.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
