General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of the technical sales of CNBG IT and achieving the product sales target, especially for data storage.
- Being responsible for customer visits, technical communication, and ownership of technical engagement, including responding to RFPs.
- Being responsible for market insight, lead/opportunity exploration, solution development, configuration, and quotation.
- Operating the project and achieving the sales target, market target, and landscape target.
- Organizing the implementation of brand marketing activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry or related vendors.
- Good knowledge of Cloud and Data Storage solutions (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Positive attitude, the ability to work under challenging assignments, and good handling of pressure.
- Certificates from other vendors such as EMC, IBM, or HP are advantageous.
- Understanding and Solution Design: Being able to understand customer networks, business and strategic requirements, influencing customer planning and budget, matching customer requirements, and designing solutions with comprehensive consideration of competition, profitability, and deliverability.
- Customer Communication: Being able to influence customer decision-makers, effectively transferring product and solution value, establishing strong trust relationships with customers, and influencing customer decision-making.
- Project Operation Capability: Being able to effectively convert leads to opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
- Transaction Management Capability: Being able to formulate effective commercial strategies and achieve project profitability targets.
- Industry Influence: Understanding the current industry ecosystem and having a certain degree of industry influence.
Expertise Requirements:
- Being familiar with the knowledge of the product domain, proficient in the application of related solutions, and knowledgeable about cross-product solutions.
- Being familiar with the composition and status of customer networks in the industry market and understanding the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors' products.
