Responsibilities
Service Campaign Management
- Developing and executing comprehensive service marketing campaigns in collaboration with global teams.
- Managing end-to-end campaign implementation, including supplier coordination and service center preparation.
- Designing and implementing sales strategies for service products and warranty programs.
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing based on customer feedback.
- Coordinating service promotions between headquarters and local service teams.
Customer Experience & Quality Management
- Driving initiatives to maintain and improve customer satisfaction scores (NSS).
- Managing relationships with call center suppliers to ensure service quality.
- Addressing critical customer concerns through appropriate channels.
- Coordinating with consumer protection boards and regulatory bodies.
- Implementing service quality improvement programs across customer touchpoints.
Cross-functional Coordination & Communication
- Collaborating with Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail teams.
- Acting as a liaison between business functions and service center teams.
- Ensuring seamless communication across departments.
- Coordinating with global teams for the alignment of service standards.
- Managing service-related content across social media platforms.
- Overseeing communication strategies for service centers nationwide.
- Handling crisis communication related to service issues.
Requirements
Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in service marketing or customer experience management.
- Proven track record in campaign management and implementation.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer service operations and metrics.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of social media platform management.
Language Requirement
- Fluency in English (required).
- Proficiency in Thai (required).
- Chinese language skills (optional).
