Job Description:
- Being proactive in Medical Thought Leaders (MTL) planning and engagement.
- Having excellent scientific communication and exchanging expert information on company products.
- Supporting and coordinating the conduct of advisory board meetings, scientific exchange meetings, and medical educational programs.
- Providing medical information and responding to all physician and internal inquiries.
- Providing pivotal trial data and discussing its consistency with the overall strategy to KOLs.
- Handling medical communication and engagement with Medical Thought Leaders.
- Acting in a non-promotional role to provide fair, balanced, and scientifically rigorous information to clients while successfully delivering the medical affairs strategic plan.
- Providing internal training on disease, product profiles, main trials, and related information based on responsible products.
- Being active and contributing value to scientific discussions within cross-functional teams.
- Supporting registration trials, post-marketing trials, and investigator-initiated studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant clinical research and/or medical affairs in the healthcare industry.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Actively responsible, well-organized, with skills in conflict resolution, customer service, problem-solving, and task prioritization. Able to work independently.
