We are currently seeking a skilled finance professional to oversee the company’s financial operations, including cash flow management, financial planning, and analysis. This role involves assessing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and recommending strategic corrective actions to drive financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the company’s financial activities, including tracking cash flow and financial planning, while analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
- Driving the company’s financial planning, including budgeting reports, and comparing budget versus forecast.
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial results and providing recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining the monthly operating budget and the annual company operating budget.
- Managing cash flow planning and ensuring the availability of funds.
- Raising funds and structuring capital from banks and financial institutions.
- Controlling and evaluating the company’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Ensuring compliance with Forex and Hedging Management.
- Ensuring BOT compliance related to ECB (External Commercial Borrowing).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/PP modules) and Piteco.
- Experience in cost accounting.
- Fluency in both Thai and English.
