Job Description:

  • Managing the accounting process and leading the accounting team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Planning, designing, and enhancing accounting processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, including implementing automation procedures.
  • Reviewing and monitoring all accounting transactions to ensure compliance with Thai Accounting Principles, Thai Revenue Rules, and IFRS.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations for Developer/Real Estate businesses, specifically for PND 51 and PND 50 submissions.
  • Overseeing overall accounting operations, tax planning, and efficiency for Developer/Real Estate businesses.
  • Reviewing and controlling the document management process for accounting and related documents, ensuring completeness and proper organization.
  • Designing controls for inventory management and fixed assets within the company.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, encouraging the team to perform monthly closings, and ensuring timely submission of all tax reports as required by regulations.
  • Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, General Ledger) and related details in compliance with TFRS and applicable regulations.
  • Monitoring and managing employee records, registering employees with the SSO, and calculating employee salary taxes (PND 1).
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to resolve accounting issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an accountant working with IFRS.
  • Ideally, experience in implementing the first-time application of IFRS within a company.
  • Possession of certifications demonstrating knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Ability to understand and apply local tax legislation.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience in managing, developing, and implementing accounting methodologies.
  • Experience working in international companies across various jurisdictions.
  • A proven track record of passing external audits.
  • English proficiency at a conversational level (B2 or higher).
