Our client is a retail company that was established in 1989.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing and collaborating with internal teams.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances and maintaining internal controls.
• Providing and reviewing financial reports under IFRS and interpreting financial information for management, the group FD, and CFO, while recommending further courses of action.
• Overseeing the operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for these to be met.
• Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans, and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Qualifications:

• 33-45 years old, Thai only.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting is required.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in full accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing, from retail, wholesale, trading, or related industries.
• Strong background and at least 2 years of experience in managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with direct reporting to a foreigner is an advantage.
• Holding a CPD license is required, and CPA is preferred.
• Experience with SAP software is required.
• Ability to travel abroad.
• Able to work 5 days a week near BTS Siam.
