Our client is a Real Estate Developer specializing in low-rise residential buildings with no more than 8 floors in Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani provinces.
They are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join their team as a Sales Manager.
Job Description:
- Managing and strategizing the company’s overall sales plan, collaborating with the marketing team and executives to shape the sales direction for the brand.
- Overseeing the sales of 7–10 condominium and real estate projects per year while managing a sales team of 8–10 members.
- Developing and exploring new sales channels for condos, including various formats, promotions, and creative sales strategies.
- Preparing comprehensive sales reports, analyzing trends, target groups, and sales channels for executive review.
- Providing insights by researching and analyzing market conditions in the real estate sector to enhance the brand's sales strategy.
- Supervising the customer journey from property visits, reservations, contracts, installment payments, and bank loan approvals to construction inspections and property transfers.
- Controlling the sales budget within company guidelines.
- Identifying and reviewing challenges and opportunities in sales to increase revenue and maintain the company’s customer base.
- Establishing a performance evaluation system for the sales department and team members with clear, measurable results.
Qualifications:
- 32-45 years old.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Own car.
