We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the management and operations of a Grade A commercial property. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining top-tier property management standards.
• Driving operational efficiency and aligning processes with business strategy.
• Enhancing tenant experience, retention, and overall property value.
• Developing and executing sales and leasing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Utilizing data insights for market positioning and revenue growth.
• Overseeing tenant services to ensure high satisfaction and compliance with standards.
• Implementing new technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 15-20+ years of professional experience in commercial/mixed-use/Grade A commercial buildings.
• 15+ years of leadership experience at a management level.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, lead teams, and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
