Purpose of the Role:

The HR Director leads the human resources department, overseeing the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a thriving organizational culture. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee experience, ensuring operational excellence, and driving company-wide success. As a strategic HR Business Partner, the HR Director collaborates with leadership to implement initiatives that support business growth and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and training.
  • Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with business units to address challenges, support growth, and align HR initiatives with company goals.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that drive business effectiveness and support long-term organizational success.
  • Providing expert guidance to the executive team on human resource matters, ensuring HR practices contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee empowerment through structured programs and initiatives.
  • Leading and mentoring the HR team, promoting a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality while effectively handling sensitive HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with comprehensive expertise in HR functions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to influence executive decision-making.
