Our client provides elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization to add value to buildings throughout their life cycle.

• Collaborating with local business management and Unit Managers to understand and influence local needs towards the company’s solutions or new requirements for IT services.
• Helping local businesses find the right contacts from the IT center when needed.
• Advocating and informing local businesses on the local IT policy, as well as related topics such as cybersecurity or architecture.
• Acting as an escalation point for local businesses towards IT center Solution Teams by contacting the Solution/Service Owner if escalation is needed. The IT Specialist is not responsible for vendor management related to global IT center solutions/services.
• Organizing and managing workstation asset management including HW orders and maintaining assets.
• Assisting in local implementation for site moves/openings/closure to ensure business continuity and acting as a contact point between the Connectivity Team and local businesses.
• Collaborating with local company Communications team and global solution teams to manage user communications.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience, especially in the area of IT service management.
• Experience with multinational companies and familiar with matrix organizational structure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Good in English & Thai.
