Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities within the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, estimating taxes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and handling ad-hoc financial tasks as directed by the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitoring and managing cash flow.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Overseeing the financial closing process.
• Developing budgets and analyzing performance.

Tax and Compliance:

• Calculating and reserving taxes.
• Coordinating with tax authorities.
• Managing company registrations and filings.

Internal and External Relations:

• Coordinating with auditors.
• Liaising with internal departments (operations, HR, legal).
• Managing company loans.

Additional Duties:

• Compiling consolidated financial statements.
• Performing ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax law.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle or related systems.
