Our client is a leading construction product seller in Thailand.
They are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager – (Heavy Machinery - Northeastern) to join their team.
Job Description:
- Integrating regional sales plans with the analysis of key business risks and opportunities.
- Balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term sales targets to achieve both revenue and profitability.
- Establishing a sales dashboard and monitoring strategic improvements.
- Developing holistic sales reports with market and competitor movement analysis.
- Creating and updating strategic sales and market databases.
- Working with other cross-functional teams on assignments and projects.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance sales penetration and making recommendations to improve sales processes.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new customers, markets, and opportunities for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with leadership experience in a similar industry (heavy machinery preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in both Thai and English.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Northeastern region.
- Open-minded with a positive attitude.
