Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the following responsibilities under the direction of the direct boss.
- Understanding relevant codes, policies, and regulations such as DSTH internal codes, PReMA code, DS Global code, and relevant laws or regulations in Thailand.
- Planning and conducting compliance training for new employees (Onboarding day) and/or monthly compliance training to promote a better understanding of ethics and compliance within the company.
- Monitoring company activities, such as promotional and medical activities, to ensure adherence to ethical standards.
- Creating, revising, tracking, and providing consultation for company codes, policies, and SOPs as necessary.
- Supporting the monthly compliance monitoring program (e.g., business meals, group presentations).
- Addressing whistleblower reports and following up on them.
- Supporting investigations for compliance violation cases as necessary and collaborating with relevant functions, including but not limited to external law firms, HR, and Legal, as needed.
- Supporting the Corporate Ethics Committee for the smooth operation of meetings.
- Reviewing, managing, and approving Procurement Application Form (“PAF”) matters within the company.
- Reviewing, managing, and approving New Vendor Form (“NVF”) matters within the company.
- Providing consultation to employees regarding various compliance matters.
- Addressing compliance-related tasks requested by DS HQ, such as compliance functions, internal audits, and procurement (e.g., periodical reporting to HQ, self-assessment of audit improvements, etc.).
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote compliance within the company.
- Performing other related work as assigned by the direct boss.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of working experience in compliance and/or audit roles.
- Knowledge of laws related to compliance, such as bribery and/or ABAC in Thailand.
- Ability to speak up when identifying non-compliance issues.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy for monitoring promotional expenses and creating compliance training slide decks/materials.
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-minded approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ability to propose creative solutions for conducting business activities in a compliant manner.
- Nice to have: Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of PReMA.
