Job Purpose:
Designing, developing, and optimizing production processes for new food products while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing process designs for new products, including laboratory trials and pilot plant scale-up studies to validate production feasibility.
  • Collaborating with Production teams to establish and monitor relevant KPIs for process optimization.
  • Working closely with R&D New Product Development teams to integrate new ingredients and technologies into existing production lines.
  • Providing technical troubleshooting support and conducting training sessions for production teams.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and operational manuals.
  • Analyzing and optimizing machinery specifications and performance to enhance production efficiency.

Technical Requirements:

  • Evaluating equipment specifications and operational parameters.
  • Designing and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
  • Conducting process validation studies and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Previous experience in the food, beverage, or snack manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in process documentation and technical writing.
  • Good command of English.
  • Availability to work every Saturday.
