Job Description

Our client is a well-known real estate developer and is currently recruiting an Engineering Lead to handle commercial building operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating mechanical service operations with tenants and building users, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and repair work.
• Overseeing contractors’ work to ensure compliance with regulations, the rental space decoration manual, and the scope of work.
• Preparing and reviewing repair price quotes and monthly contractor performance reports.
• Managing preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining records of machinery and equipment.
• Providing guidance and distributing assignments to subordinates, ensuring work is completed effectively.
• Coordinating the inspection and approval of decoration designs and the delivery/return of leased areas.
• Ensuring licenses related to mechanical systems are validated and renewed as required.
• Managing contractor service payments and maintaining accurate documentation for all mechanical-related operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering, preferably in high-rise commercial buildings.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
