Our client is a leading company in the well-known Financial Technology business.

Job Description:

• Leading and overseeing all litigation and execution matters for the Group.
• Designing and enforcing strategies to address NPLs and resolve legal challenges promptly.
• Establishing and updating operational plans, processes, and policies in compliance with Group objectives and regulations.
• Ensuring prompt execution of strategies and effective coordination with internal teams and external legal partners.
• Monitoring external firms for cost-effectiveness and alignment with the Group’s best interests.
• Advising stakeholders on legal matters and maintaining relationships with government authorities.
• Mentoring and managing the legal team to achieve set objectives efficiently.
• Safeguarding the Group’s rights and reputation through legal action as needed.
• Handling ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• Must hold a Thai lawyer’s license.
• 10+ years of litigation experience, with a successful track record in various fields, including execution.
• Familiarity with law enforcement agencies is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of the fintech or banking business is preferred.
• Strong ethics, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
• Experience in team leadership and management.
• Fluent in English and adaptable to multicultural environments.
