As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic HR team.
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager for the Food & Beverage sector will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, and hiring processes within the F&B business division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) recruitment and possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and demands of the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for key roles across the F&B division, including senior management, operations, supply chain, marketing, R&D, and customer service positions.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent within the F&B and FMCG industries.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Using a variety of recruitment channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events) to source candidates.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the F&B and FMCG sectors.
- Developing and tracking recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
- Working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent sourcing tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on FMCG recruitment. Prior experience in F&B industry recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the F&B and FMCG sectors, including the unique hiring needs and challenges in these industries.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to attract top talent.
- Experience in managing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Communicable English.
