They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and help support their growing organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a positive work environment, and driving employee development and engagement across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnership: Acting as a strategic partner to leadership and business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Managing all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment, handling conflicts, and resolving employee concerns.
- Performance Management: Supporting the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including providing feedback, conducting appraisals, and developing employee development plans.
- Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure that talent acquisition meets business needs.
- Learning & Development: Identifying training and development needs, coordinating and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Advising on compensation strategies and benefits offerings, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in Thailand, as well as with company policies and procedures.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Preparing and analyzing HR reports to monitor key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on business partnership and all-around HR responsibilities.
- Language: Fluency in both Chinese and English is required to communicate effectively with headquarters and Chinese-speaking employees.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labour regulations in Thailand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
