RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining and developing strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Identifying opportunities within assigned clients and incorporating them into the growth and development of the company.
  • Maintaining existing business and generating new sales according to specified targets.
  • Managing complaints and conflicts with clients effectively.
  • Coordinating with internal relevant parties such as Recruitment, HR Operations, and the Invoice team.
  • Listening to clients to gain an understanding of their needs.
  • Preparing reports on sales over a specified period – monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Creating and developing new business pitches.
  • Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed on the progress of implemented initiatives and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of Key Account experience (Existing clients) managing sales targets in a B2B channel.
  • Direct sales experience in staff outsourcing services will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English.
