About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our training platform. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, preferably in HR software solutions, EdTech, or SaaS, and is skilled in B2B sales, consultative selling, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Identifying, targeting, and closing deals with HR professionals, L&D teams, and corporate clients.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Presenting and demonstrating the training platform’s value proposition to potential customers.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR tech, training platforms, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling to HR, L&D, or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage pipelines, and drive revenue.
- Fluency in Thai and English (a plus if experienced in regional sales).
