Responsibilities:
- Managing key customers to ensure services are delivered as agreed.
- Developing and improving work processes to enhance service efficiency.
- Generating new sales opportunities while focusing on customer experience and collaborating with KAM.
- Coordinating with the Commercial Management team to identify new business opportunities.
- Planning and conducting monthly and quarterly business review meetings with clients.
- Monitoring and enforcing Customer Operating Procedures (COPs) compliance.
- Analyzing sales data, forecasting revenue, and tracking customer KPIs.
- Preparing performance reports, assessing risks, and providing recommendations to management.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers regarding operational performance.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and business expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Transportation & Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in the import-export business (Freight Forwarding experience is a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Cargowise One and S.P.O.T. is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
