Job Responsibilities

• Leading and handling global fund management projects in more than 10 countries (Asia Oceania).            
• Facilitating multinational teams.                
• Analyzing and visualising the current cash flow management process.                
• Creating/Improving cash flow management template.                
• Analyzing and visualising working capital.                
• Establishing the mechanism for cash flow projection (future 3 to 6 months).                
• Creating/Improving cash flow projection template.                
• Following up/monitoring the cash flow projection.                
• Improving the method of cash flow projection.                
• Reporting the achievement to DGM/GM and RHQ management.                
• Communicating with local management, and local team.                
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders.                
• Handling other related matters and projects.

Competencies of Work                                   

• Analyzing and visualising cash flow management process, cash flow projection and working capital.                                   
• Establishing/Improving cash flow management process and cash flow projection process.                                   
• Monitoring the cash flow and improving/follow-up after projection.                                   
• Measuring cash conversion cycle,                                   
• Creating proposals to improve CCC.      

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree.                                    
• At least 5  years of similar experience in cash flow management, and cash flow projection.                                    
• Computer literacy, intermediate level of MS Office standard program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).                                   
• Business level English.                                   
• Experience in Global Cash Management (GCM) is preferred.

• Managing air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Overseeing the entire shipping process, from cargo booking to final delivery, and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Leading a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Conducting regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize transportation costs without compromising service quality.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the freight forwarding department.
• Addressing and resolving operational challenges, customer issues, and disputes in a proactive and timely manner.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Handling other tasks assigned. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in management in freight forwarding with a focus on air and sea logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and trade regulations.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with industry software and technologies.
• Good command of English.
