Responsibilities
Main functions
- Manage the complete set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL.
- Monitor and manage daily financial operations, including cash flow and bookkeeping.
- Contract reviews, review the relevant terms of important purchase contracts and sales contracts, and provide suggestions and opinions as well as guidance on procurement and sales business processes.
- Prepare the cashflow forecast on a quarterly basis.
- Set up reporting systems with the support of the Asia Finance Manager.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, sales reports and financial statements to the overseas headquarters.
- Audit all the costs from invoices including traveling expenses, machines, equipment, raw materials, and spare parts etc.
- Issue all invoices for raw materials, machines, equipment, tooling, and spare parts, and, book all accounting into the system, including depreciation and accrued expenses and salaries, and, close accounting every month.
- Calculate raw material and finish goods costs according to the quantity logistic provided, if have any problem, report to the Supply Chain Department and MD.
- Prepare and submit monthly and yearly tax reports to the Revenue Department.
- Declare statistical statements to related departments.
- Register the payment time of all imported and exported products.
- Apply capital increases and shareholder loan increases, and complete all process as per government requirements.
- Updated company certificates when business address changes, increase capital, shareholder loans, etc.
- System maintenance, if have any problems, report to headquarters to solve the problem.
- Sales revenue management, providing monthly sales revenue reports to the headquarters.
- Provide suggestions relating to financial rules and other operation procedure.
- Keep close communication with headquarters - cooperate, support and provide data as needed.
- Prepare and provide all necessary documentation for the annual audit.
- Review overtime calculations and social security contribution payments for all employees.
- Study new accounting knowledge and training and update our accounting knowledge accordingly.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders such as the Revenue Department examiners and bankers.
- Record purchases of fixed and intangible assets in the asset register and ensure proper classification, including amortization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Specific Functions
- Cost control.
- Financial analysis.
- Lead the budgeting process, including revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasting.
QMS, EMS, Safety Responsibilities
- Drive and support all concerns associated with quality and environmental targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and working in safe conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, BOI, with at least 5 years in a management level.
- Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strong background in financials in manufacturing is preferable.
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) License is a must.
- Experience in working with a multinational company (MNC) is preferable.
