Responsibilities

• Developing brand strategy and synchronizing brand communications for all materials, including detailed aids, brochures, POP, and print ads for both medical and consumer channels. 
• Executing portfolio strategy and engagement opportunities to drive brand strategic imperatives, and generating sales engagement opportunities. 
• Monitoring performance to deliver appropriate action plans as required to meet business objectives. 
• Designing key messages to drive success for business. Overseeing the alignment of cross-functional teams and a wide matrix of stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. 
• Developing career objectives closely with the Manager for the career development plan. 
• Coordinating all efforts across the company related to releasing new products to the market. 
• Overseeing the P&L. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. 
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing. 
• Experience in consumer goods, or consumer health is preferred. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams. 
• Record of accomplishment of strong analytical skills in commercial, financial, and decision-making. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
