Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of beverages in Thailand. The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join the team.

Job Description

  • Ensuring all manufacturing processes and standards are effectively communicated and implemented across all plants.
  • Leading problem-solving sessions to identify root causes of performance and underperformance on the production lines.
  • Conducting data analytics online losses and developing appropriate follow-up actions to address issues.
  • Regularly assessing and updating tools and technologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Deploying new technologies and capabilities to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to build the skills and knowledge of employees in utilizing new technologies.
  • Leading the Manufacturing Capability Team to establish a comprehensive training master plan for manufacturing.
  • Utilizing effective systems and training methodologies to build the capabilities of all plant employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing excellence, process improvement, and technology deployment from global food and beverage companies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
  • Willing to travel for work.
  • Fluent command of English.
