Job Descriptions:
· Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in both the middle and long term.
· Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
· Analysis the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
· Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operation procedures.
· Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
· Creating sales reports and providing feedback to Head at company meetings.
· Recruiting, selecting, and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.
· Managing the marketing section to develop required sales tools for the company's products and services.
· Establishing and maintaining key customers/client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a sales management position, background in consumer product or packaging manufacturing will be advantages.
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, negotiation skills as well as employee motivation techniques.
• Strong relationship build-up and management.
• Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, positive, and creative thinking skills.
• Proactive, strongly, and interpersonal Skills
