Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients to expand the customer base.
- Preparing and presenting tailored insurance quotes; meeting with clients to discuss proposals.
- Delivering compelling presentations to persuade and engage customers.
- Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Contributing to the development and execution of new projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in non-life insurance or marketing, with proven sales skills (insurance experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fields such as marketing, economics, or insurance are advantageous).
- Proficiency in English for communication, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle both marketing and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanour, customer-focused mindset, positive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
