Job Description

Our client is a major paint manufacturer.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all data for payroll processing on a monthly and yearly basis by working and coordinating with employees, supervisors, and line managers to gather all necessary payroll information on time and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Prepare and support the annual compensation and benefits survey by working with the direct superior to facilitate internal and external comparisons.
  • Review the compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market to ensure a competitive package.
  • Provide remuneration package proposals for successful candidates and employee promotions by evaluating jobs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Regularly review and implement company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Advise employees, supervisors, and line managers on compensation and benefits concerns to ensure consistent understanding across all parties.
  • Manage and maintain all employee databases in HRIS/HRMS, ensuring they are updated and accurate, and align with company policies, rules, regulations, and Thai labor law.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
