Job Description:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the employee canteen to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality standards.
  • Coordinating with food service vendors to maintain consistent meal variety, quality, and pricing.
  • Addressing employee feedback regarding canteen services and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Monitoring vendor performance and compliance with contractual terms and food safety regulations.
  • Managing canteen budgets, including expenses and subsidies, to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Planning and managing transportation services for employees, ensuring routes and schedules are efficient and meet employee needs.
  • Liaising with transportation service providers to maintain safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns related to transportation services.
  • Monitoring and ensuring vehicle compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintaining records of transportation-related costs and optimizing operations to reduce expenses.
  • Overseeing general workplace services, including janitorial services, maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Ensuring that common areas, including restrooms and break rooms, are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  • Managing contracts and relationships with service vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Coordinating and managing facility repairs, renovations, or upgrades as required.
  • Supporting workplace safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Acting as the point of contact for employees regarding canteen, transportation, and general service-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Conducting periodic surveys or feedback sessions to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Planning and implementing initiatives to enhance employee convenience and satisfaction in canteen, transportation, and service areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles, preferably with exposure to facility and service management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and service vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety and compliance regulations.
