Job Description:
- Leading and supervising the inbound warehouse team to efficiently receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Implementing and maintaining inventory control measures to achieve and sustain exceptional levels of stock accuracy.
- Implementing a system to ensure that physical stock is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintaining the policy for inventory stock and delivery control.
- Managing stock control to drive operational efficiency.
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager in developing contingency plans.
- Supervising the preparation and review of periodic reports as per set requirements and cut-offs.
- Facilitating effective and timely communication with employees by being accessible and responsive and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience at a Warehouse Supervisor level in the automotive industry.
- Experience in identifying and resolving operational challenges within inbound logistics.
- Proficiency in English, MS Office (Outlook), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes.
- Ability to manage a team of 40 subordinates.
