Main Responsibilities
- HR Service Delivery & Compliance: Managing and coordinating local HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Handling end-to-end recruitment for temporary roles, including sourcing, candidate management, and onboarding for fixed-term contracts (FTC) and interns.
- Global Mobility & Immigration: Overseeing work pass applications, renewals, and dependent permits for foreign employees, ensuring smooth immigration processes.
- Employee Engagement & Community Relations: Organizing engagement activities and local events and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Training & Development Support: Coordinating local training logistics, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives.
- Internal Communication & Surveys: Managing internal HR communications and responding to government surveys or requests for information.
- Benefits & Offboarding Management: Administering local benefits programs and handling the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
- New Hire Induction: Facilitating employee orientation to help new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Thailand employment law and local regulations.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems (e.g., Workday is a plus).
- Ability to execute routine and complex HR processes with accuracy.
- Familiarity with immigration procedures is an advantage.
