Job Description:
- Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of three HR professionals to achieve recruitment and HR objectives.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Developing and executing hiring strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- TA Management: Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Job Fair & Open House Management: Planning, coordinating, and executing job fairs and open house events to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs, designing programs, and facilitating employee development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Qualification:
- Age not over 40 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent human skills—approachable, empathetic, and able to connect with people at all levels.
- Experience in manufacturing.
