Responsibilities:
Client Coordination
- Serving as the primary point of contact for onsite operations for supervisors, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective communication.
- Collaborating with clients to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Managing Pool PC, root plans, onboarding, and time attendance.
HR Function Management
- Being the centre for recruitment requirements, onboarding, and resignation for outsourcing staff.
- Consolidating and summarizing manpower reports weekly.
- Visiting stores with the recruitment team to address long overdue vacancies.
- Monitoring PC time attendance channels (TWD) and summarizing reports to supervisors.
- Monitoring time attendance in the PRTR system.
- Monitoring and updating employee in-out times.
- Fostering a positive working environment and addressing employee concerns or issues.
Calculating Commissions and Incentives
- Performing calculations for commissions and incentives accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring timely processing and disbursement of commissions and incentives.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to gather necessary data for calculations.
- Monitoring and reviewing scheme commissions and incentives to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Team Leadership
- Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Conducting performance evaluations and implementing strategies for improvement.
Productivity Monitoring
- Developing and implementing systems to monitor and enhance team productivity.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to the client.
- Identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or challenges affecting productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the outsourcing staff industry.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, recruitment processes, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with commission structures and financial processes.
