Job Description
Our client is a major paint manufacturer.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all data for payroll processing on a monthly and yearly basis by working and coordinating with employees, supervisors, and line managers to gather all necessary payroll information on time and ensure payment accuracy.
- Prepare and support the annual compensation and benefits survey by working with the direct superior to facilitate internal and external comparisons.
- Review the compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market to ensure a competitive package.
- Provide remuneration package proposals for successful candidates and employee promotions by evaluating jobs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Regularly review and implement company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Advise employees, supervisors, and line managers on compensation and benefits concerns to ensure consistent understanding across all parties.
- Manage and maintain all employee databases in HRIS/HRMS, ensuring they are updated and accurate, and align with company policies, rules, regulations, and Thai labor law.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7–9 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
