Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting every customer entering the boutique, ensuring recognition of regular and VIP customers.
• Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right products or services.
• Representing the boutique and the brand by sharing its story, history, and unique items.
• Offering personalized service and responding quickly to customer requests.
• Remembering customer preferences and special requirements.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to tell the brand’s story effectively.
• Being attentive and proactive in customer interactions.
